I'm Nile. I come from Egypt, as you might have guessed.
The name of my blog reflects my belief that it takes both an open mind and an open heart to achieve happiness and success in life.

My mind must be open to receive new ideas. Life is an amazing experience that is constantly changing. Wihtout an open mind, we get stock in same old habits of thought and habits of action that we lose our ability to live anew and live fully.

My heart must be open to give and receive love. To connect with fellow travelers in this life-journey. To appreciate, enjoy, recognize, and affect others. To live, laugh, and learn with others.
Without an open heart, we become rigid and cold in our ways of living and relating.
